Leads (sidebar) lists every lead across your quizzes: email, name (if you asked for it), quiz, outcome, source (direct / embed / custom domain), and date. Filter by quiz; search by email or phone digits. A Phone column appears once at least one lead has a number.
Open a lead. Click any row to slide out the full record: email with a copy button, name, phone (tap to call), the quiz and outcome, when it was captured in your own time zone, where the visitor came from, and their answers question by question. The bin icon still deletes without opening the panel.
Lead collection starts when a quiz is published on a paid plan. QuizFly then emails each lead their result and your follow-ups itself. See Email your quiz result to leads. On a draft, any plan can write and preview up to 7 follow-ups; they send once you publish on a plan. To pass leads to another tool as well, connect AWeber, systeme.io, Kit (formerly ConvertKit) or Mailchimp, or use the webhook. Any other tool works through Make or Zapier.
Export CSV downloads what the table currently shows — apply a filter first to export one quiz. The columns are Email, Name, Phone, Phone country, Quiz, Outcome, Source, Saw personalized copy and Date. Source is the utm_source the visitor arrived with, and reads direct when there wasn't one — exactly what the Leads table shows. Saw personalized copy says whether the visitor saw personalized encouragement or result copy. Date is written in UTC (ISO 8601), so it never shifts with your time zone. The two phone columns sit straight after Name and are always there, even when you don't collect phone numbers, so your column positions never move. See Collecting phone numbers.
Deleting
- The bin icon on a row deletes that lead.
- More → Erase a person's data removes every lead for one address across all your quizzes. Use this when someone who took your quiz asks you to remove their data.
Deleting a lead, or erasing a person's data, also stops any further emails to them from your quizzes.
Duplicates. If the same email completes the same quiz twice within 24 hours, QuizFly keeps one lead rather than two.
Whose data is it? Yours. You're the data controller for your leads; QuizFly stores them for you. See Privacy for quiz takers.
On your phone. Leads show as a tap-friendly list instead of a table. Tap any lead to open the full detail panel.
