When someone takes your quiz, you are the data controller — you decide why their email is collected and what happens next. QuizFly processes it on your behalf under our Data Processing Addendum.
What visitors see. The email step says their address goes to you (your display name or handle) so you can send their result, with a link to how their data is used. Set your Display name under Account so it reads as your brand, not a random handle.
No cookies. Quiz pages set no cookies. A per-visit identifier in the browser tab counts starts and completions and is discarded when the tab closes.
If a visitor asks you to delete their data: Leads → More → Delete everything for an email. That removes every lead for that address across your quizzes. If they contact QuizFly instead, we'll pass the request to you and, where we can, help.
Your responsibilities: have a lawful basis for collecting emails (in most cases the visitor's clear expectation that they're giving their email to get their result and hear from you), don't collect from children, don't spam, and honour unsubscribe requests in whatever tool you send from.
