Connect
Integrations (left menu) → AWeber → Connect. You'll be taken to AWeber to sign in and approve QuizFly, then returned. You only do this once; every quiz can use the connection.
Choose a list per quiz
Quiz → Setup → Send leads to… → turn on Send leads to AWeber and pick the list. Click Refresh if a newly created list isn't showing yet.
- Tags for all leads — added to everyone who completes this quiz, e.g.
quizfly,skin-type-quiz. - Tag per outcome — prefilled as
<quiz>-<outcome>. Use these to branch your AWeber campaigns: people who got "The Glow Seeker" get a different follow-up from "The Minimalist". - Custom fields (optional) — map the quiz title, outcome or campaign source into custom fields on your list. Create the fields in AWeber first (List → Custom fields), then pick them here.
Send test adds a test subscriber so you can check tags and fields before real leads arrive.
What gets sent
Email, first name (if your quiz asks for it), the tags above, and any custom fields you mapped. Nothing else. If someone completes the quiz again, QuizFly updates their tags rather than creating a duplicate; AWeber's own confirmation settings for the list still apply.
Checking it worked
Setup → Recent deliveries lists each attempt with its status. On the Leads page, delivered leads show a small AWeber mark.
If deliveries fail three times in a row you'll get an email. The usual causes: the list was deleted in AWeber, the connection was revoked (Integrations will show Reconnect), or a mapped custom field no longer exists.
Other tools
Don't use AWeber? Every plan includes a webhook that works with Zapier and Make, which reach almost any email tool. More direct integrations are coming.
