You may not use QuizFly to
Deceive people. No false or unsubstantiated claims about products, earnings, health, results or endorsements. No fake scarcity, fake reviews or impersonation of any person, brand or organisation.
Collect data unlawfully. You must have a lawful basis to collect visitors' details and must tell them who you are and what you will do with their data. Do not collect information from children under 13 (or the age of digital consent where the visitor lives), and do not collect special-category data (health, sexuality, religion, politics, ethnicity, biometrics) without an explicit lawful basis.
Spam. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages to Leads, add them to lists they did not agree to, or sell or share their details without their consent.
Promote prohibited categories. Illegal goods or services; weapons; adult content; unlicensed gambling; unregulated financial products, "get rich quick" or MLM recruitment schemes; unapproved medical treatments or supplements making treatment claims; hate, harassment or violence.
Harm the Service. No scraping, automated account creation, circumvention of usage limits, security testing without permission, or content that carries malware or phishing.
Infringe rights. No content you do not have the right to use, including images, copy, trademarks and characters.

Affiliate marketing
Affiliate promotion is welcome. You are responsible for disclosures required by law (for example the CMA and ASA rules in the UK, or the FTC in the US) and by the affiliate programme you belong to.

To report a quiz that breaches this policy, email abuse@quizfly.ai with the quiz link.
