QuizFly is operated by ClickTech Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09899629) with its registered office at Leytonstone House, 3 Hanbury Drive, Leytonstone, London, E11 1GA, United Kingdom ("ClickTech", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of quizfly.ai and the QuizFly service (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and "you" means the business.
If you are a visitor taking a quiz made by one of our customers, these Terms do not apply to you; see our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.
1. The Service
1.1 QuizFly lets you build, publish and host quizzes that collect visitor contact details ("Leads") and send visitors to a destination you choose. Some features use artificial intelligence to draft quiz content from a web page or description you provide ("AI Generation").
1.2 We may change the Service over time. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality you are paying for.
2. Your account
2.1 You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done through your account.
2.2 Your public handle and quiz links are visible to anyone. Changing your handle breaks links you have already shared; we are not responsible for traffic lost as a result.
3. Plans, payment and refunds
3.1 The Service is offered on a free tier and paid plans as described at /pricing. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, until cancelled. Payment is taken by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
3.2 Usage allowances. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of live quizzes, Leads and AI Generations. If you exceed your Lead allowance, additional capacity is purchased automatically in fixed packs at the price shown on the pricing page, up to a monthly limit you control in your account. Leads collected beyond your allowance are always stored; access to them may be limited until the allowance is extended. AI Generation credits and any purchased packs are as described on the pricing page.
3.3 Cancellation. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account. It remains active until the end of the paid period and does not renew. We do not refund partial periods.
3.4 Refunds. Purchased credit packs and Lead packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided none of the pack has been used. Subscriptions, the launch lifetime offer and the Accelerator programme are non-refundable except where you have a right to a refund under applicable law. To request a refund email support@quizfly.ai.
3.5 Lifetime offer. "Lifetime" means for the life of the Service on the plan named in the offer. If we discontinue the Service we will give at least 90 days' notice and a means to export your data.
3.6 Price changes. We may change prices on notice of at least 30 days; changes apply from your next renewal. Annual plans keep their price until the end of the current term.
3.7 Downgrades. If you downgrade to a plan with fewer live quizzes than you have published, the excess quizzes (oldest first) are unpublished at the end of the current period. Nothing is deleted.
4. Your content and your Leads
4.1 You own the quizzes you create and the Leads you collect. You grant us a licence to host, store, display, process and transmit them as needed to provide the Service.
4.2 You are the controller of your Leads. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect them, for the notices you give visitors, for honouring their rights, and for what you do with them afterwards. We process Leads on your behalf under our Data Processing Addendum.
4.3 AI-generated content is a draft. You must review it before publishing. You are responsible for its accuracy and lawfulness, including any claims about products, earnings, health or results. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, original or fit for any purpose.
4.4 You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may unpublish or remove content, or suspend accounts, that we reasonably believe breach it, and will tell you when we do unless prohibited by law.
4.5 Affiliate links. Where your quiz sends visitors to offers you are compensated for, you are responsible for any disclosure the law or the affiliate programme requires. Our quiz pages carry a general "may contain affiliate links" notice; that does not replace your obligations.
5. Our content and rights
5.1 The Service, its software, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the Service, or remove "Powered by QuizFly" branding except where your plan permits.
5.2 Stock images offered in the builder are provided by third parties under their own licences for use within your quizzes; you may not extract them for other use.
6. Availability and data
6.1 We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or security reasons.
6.2 You can export your Leads at any time. On termination we keep your account data for 30 days, during which you may request an export, then delete it except where we must keep records by law.
7. Termination
7.1 You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for non-payment, or where required by law. Sections 4.2, 4.3, 7–10 survive termination.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that quizzes will generate Leads or sales.
9. Liability
9.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
9.2 Subject to 9.1, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business, or for indirect or consequential loss.
9.3 Subject to 9.1 and 9.2, our total liability arising in connection with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or £100 if greater.
10. General
10.1 These Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum form the whole agreement between us.
10.2 We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that date is acceptance.
10.3 You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of the business.
10.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
