What you pay. Starter costs 1 today for your first 7 days, then 19 a month from day 8, in your local billing currency: USD, EUR or GBP. UK customers pay £1 then £19; EU/EEA customers pay €1 then €19; everyone else pays $1 then $19. Existing subscriptions stay in the currency they were bought in. The same card is charged every month. Billing shows the exact date and currency of your first monthly charge. When you create your account, the trial checkout opens straight away. You can also start it later from Pricing, Billing, or the Publish window of any quiz. You can also start the trial from the checkout page.
What you get. The full Starter plan from the moment you pay: 3 live quizzes, 500 leads a month, 5 AI generations a month, result and follow-up emails to every lead, and no QuizFly branding. Nothing is held back during the first 7 days.
How to cancel. Go to Billing and choose Cancel subscription. Cancel before day 8 and you will not be charged again. Cancel later and you keep Starter until the end of the month you have paid for; it simply does not renew.
What happens to a live quiz if you cancel. When the plan ends, your quizzes pause: live quizzes go back to draft with their link kept, and lead emails stop while they are drafts. Your account then waits for you to start again for 1 in your billing currency. Nothing is deleted: questions, results, emails and leads all stay. Start again and publish, and each quiz returns at the same link.
If you closed the payment window. Your account is ready and nothing is lost. Sign in and press "Pay 1 and start" (shown as $1, €1 or £1) on the screen that opens, or on the banner at the top of the app.
What Not now means. "Not now" lets you look around the app first. You can't save or publish a quiz until the trial has started, and the banner at the top of each page starts it whenever you're ready.
If the day 8 payment fails. We email you and try again. Update your card in Billing to keep Starter running. If the payment still fails, the plan ends as described above.
If the payment form does not load. Use Try again first. The Facebook, Instagram and TikTok apps open links in their own browser, which sometimes blocks payment forms, so tap the menu and choose Open in browser, or copy the link and paste it into Chrome or Safari. PayPal and Google Pay are on the same form. If none of that works, email support@quizfly.ai and we will sort it out. See Paying from the Facebook or Instagram app below.
Paying from the Facebook or Instagram app. You can pay right where you are: card and PayPal work inside the app. If the payment form does not load, use the Copy link button and open it in Chrome or Safari.
