Upgrading and downgrading

Change plan from the pricing page or Billing.

Upgrades start now. Your new limits apply immediately and there's nothing to pay today — the new price is charged at your next renewal, adjusted for what you've already paid.

Downgrades start at the end of your period. You keep your current plan and limits until then. Billing shows "Changing to on ", and the pricing page shows "Starts " on the plan you're moving to.

Changed your mind? Click Keep next to the scheduled change on Billing, any time before the date. The change is cancelled and nothing else happens.

More live quizzes than the new plan allows? When the downgrade takes effect, the oldest published quizzes are unpublished until you're within the new limit. Nothing is deleted — the quizzes, their leads and their stats stay, and republishing restores the same links.

Leads you've already collected are always kept, whatever plan you move to.
