Cancel from Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep everything on your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for; it simply doesn't renew. As soon as you confirm, Billing and the sidebar switch from "Renews
Resume any time before that date with the Resume button on Billing. It undoes the cancellation: the wording goes back to "Renews
After it ends you're on Free: 1 live quiz and 25 leads a month. Your quizzes, leads and stats are kept. Live quizzes beyond 1 are unpublished, not deleted — republishing later restores the same links.
Refunds are handled per our Terms. If something's gone wrong, email support@quizfly.ai with your account email and we'll look at it.
While a subscription is still set to renew it keeps a card on file, so that card can't be removed until you add another one or schedule the cancellation. See Payment methods and receipts.
