Auto top-up keeps a paid quiz running past its included allowances. One switch and one monthly cap cover every pack: when you pass your included leads QuizFly charges $5 and adds 100 leads for the current period, and when you run out of smart screens it charges $10 and adds 5,000 smart screens.
It starts on. Paid plans begin with auto top-up enabled and a $100 monthly cap. Open Billing to change the cap in $5 steps, from $5 to $1,000, or turn auto top-up off.
The cap protects your spend. Once this period's automatic packs reach the cap, charging pauses. Raise the cap, upgrade, or buy a pack manually. Held leads are released as soon as room exists, and quizzes keep running on your own copy until smart screens are topped up.
If a charge fails. QuizFly does not discard leads. They stay held safely while you update your card, upgrade, or add a pack manually. Billing shows the latest status and every automatic pack from the current period, with the item name — 100 leads or 5,000 smart screens — beside each one.
Receipts and cards. Completed charges appear in Billing with your other payments. To use a different card, choose Use a different card on a manual pack purchase; the saved card is then available for future automatic top-ups.
