Three packs are available on any paid plan: 10 AI generations for $10, 100 extra leads for $5 and 5,000 smart screens for $10. Free accounts see the upgrade prompt instead.
Automatic packs. One switch and one monthly cap cover every pack. Auto top-up starts on for paid plans with a $100 monthly cap. When you pass your included leads, QuizFly charges $5 and adds 100 leads. When you run out of smart screens it charges $10 and adds 5,000 more, so personalized copy keeps running. Change the cap in $5 steps or turn auto top-up off from Billing. If it is off, the cap is reached or a charge fails, your extra leads are held safely — they are never lost. See Auto top-up.
One tap with a saved card. If you have a card on file, the button shows it — "Buy 10 generations — $10 · Amex ··1033" — and charges it straight away. If your bank asks for a security check, the full checkout opens so you can confirm.
No saved card? The same button opens the normal checkout.
When it lands. Your balance updates within a few seconds. If the payment provider is slow, you'll see "Payment received — your balance will update within a minute" and the page keeps checking.
How long packs last. AI generation and smart screen packs never expire. Extra leads apply to the current billing period, and they release the leads held over your allowance right away.
Refunds. Within 14 days if the pack is unused — email us and we'll sort it.
