"This quiz isn't available." The quiz is unpublished, the link has a typo, or the handle or slug was changed after the link was shared. Check the quiz is Published and copy the link fresh from the Share panel.
I can't publish — "All your publishing slots are in use." You've reached your plan's live-quiz limit. Unpublish another quiz or upgrade.
Webhook isn't firing. Connect & Launch → Webhook → Send test. Look at Recent deliveries: a 4xx/5xx means your endpoint rejected it; a timeout means it took over 5 seconds. Make sure the URL is https:// and accepts POST with a JSON body.
Emoji missing on an answer. Open the Questions tab and add one in the small field before the answer. Re-rolling the answer also adds one.
Photos not showing as cards. Every answer of that question needs a photo. Use "Add photos to all answers".
The reset-password email didn't arrive. Check spam, wait a minute, and request again from the login page. Links expire after one use.
A visitor says their result was wrong. Results follow the weights in the Questions tab. Check the grid for the outcome they expected; see Outcomes and scoring.
Generation failed. Your generation is refunded automatically. Try again, or paste the product description instead of the URL.
A lead didn't get the result email. Emails only send from published quizzes on paid plans. Otherwise: the switch is off for that quiz, they unsubscribed, bounced or complained earlier, or they took the quiz before the result email was on. Earlier leads aren't emailed retroactively. The quiz's Emails → Report shows what went out.
My follow-up hasn't gone. Follow-ups go once a day, in the morning UTC, and "Day 3" is the first morning after three full days. Check the step is switched on (a placeholder can't be), the day it's set to, its outcome filter, and the allowance line above the list.
Emails are paused on your account. Too many spam complaints. Your quizzes keep capturing leads; reply to the pause email or contact support to have it reviewed.
Still stuck? Tap Ask Quizard in the top bar on phones or the bottom-right corner on desktop. It can usually point you at the fix, and hands you to a human if it can't. Or email support@quizfly.ai with the quiz link.
