Account → Your data → Delete my account, then type your email to confirm.
What happens straight away
- Your subscription is cancelled, so you won't be charged again.
- Your quizzes go offline (they return to draft).
- You stop getting product emails from us.
- You're signed out, and we email you the date your account will be deleted.
You have 7 days to change your mind. Sign in any time in those 7 days and choose Keep my account. Your quizzes stay in draft, so publish them again when you're ready.
After 7 days your account is permanently deleted: your quizzes, results, questions, leads, custom domains and sign-in. This can't be undone, so download your data first if you want a copy.
What we keep. Payment records we must keep for tax and accounting, no longer linked to an account. We also keep your email address on our do-not-email list so you don't hear from us again.
