Longer quizzes collect better leads but lose more people on the way. Encouragements are short screens that appear every few questions to tell the visitor they're doing well.
Setup → Encouragement.
- Show an encouragement every 3 / 4 / 5 questions, or Off. New quizzes come with four messages already written; edit the copy to match your quiz.
- Each message has a headline, body, a display style and, for own-screen messages, a button label and a photo.
- Own screen — a full step with the photo, headline, body and a button. Banner — a highlighted box above the next question, no photo.
- The line under the list tells you exactly after which questions messages will appear. Slots with no message are skipped.
- Encouragements never appear after the last question — the visitor goes straight to the email step.
The progress bar counts questions only, so an encouragement screen never looks like the quiz has stalled.
