The capture step is the screen between the last question and the result. By default it reads:
- Heading: Your result is ready
- Subline: Enter your details and we'll show it right now.
Under the Show my result button there's a quiet line: "No spam. Unsubscribe any time · How your data is used".
Changing the heading and subline
Open your quiz → Create → Capture step. At the top of the card:
- Heading — up to 80 characters. Leave it blank and the default shows.
- Subline — up to 160 characters. Leave it blank and the default shows.
Both are plain text: anything you type appears exactly as typed, tags and all.
Match the heading to what people are about to find out — "Your skin type is ready", "Your agency's growth score is ready". Naming the outcome is usually worth more sign-ups than a generic line. Use the subline for the promise: what they get and how fast.
Clearing a field and saving puts the default back.
Where it lives. Create → Capture step.
The rest of the step. You can also ask for a first name and a phone number. Everything else — the button, your disclosure line and the footer — stays as it is.
The consent line. When the quiz's result email is on, one more line appears under the email field: "We'll email your result to this address. Unsubscribe any time." It appears automatically and can't be edited; it goes away if you switch the result email off. See Email your quiz result to leads.
In the Wizard. Step 5, Collect leads, sets the same things: email is always asked for, and you can turn on first name and phone. The heading and subline stay on their defaults until you change them in the builder.
