Starter for life is a one-off payment of $99 for the Starter plan: 3 live quizzes, 500 leads a month, 5 AI generations a month, integrations, the webhook, drop-off analytics and no QuizFly badge on your quizzes.
No renewal. You pay once. Nothing is charged again and there's no subscription to cancel. Your monthly leads and generations reset each month — Billing shows the date as "Usage resets".
Availability. The live counter shows how many of the 200 places remain. The offer ends on 25 September, or when every place is claimed. It appears on the Pricing page as well as the launch page and eligible Free-account dashboards.
Refunds. You can request a full refund within 14 days if you haven't published a quiz. The full rule is clause 3.5 of the Terms.
Buying before you have an account. You don't need a QuizFly account to buy. Enter your email on the checkout, pay, and we'll email you. Then create your account with that same email address — your Starter for life plan attaches automatically the moment you confirm the address, and the dashboard opens on the plan you paid for. If you paid with a different address, email support@quizfly.ai from either address and we'll attach it for you. Your card statement shows CLICKTECH HUB, and your Stripe receipt arrives separately.
Bought before creating an account? Create your account with the same email address you paid with and confirm it from the email we send. Your plan is applied the moment the address is confirmed — usually within a few seconds of signing in.
Paid before creating your account? As soon as the payment clears, we email you a Create my account link. Sign up with the same email address you paid with and the purchase attaches to your new account automatically. Need the plan on a different address? Just reply to that email and we'll move it for you.
Paid with a different email? Email support@quizfly.ai from either address, tell us which account should have it, and we'll attach the purchase for you.
Upgrading later. Choosing Pro or Agency starts a normal subscription. Your Starter for life stays yours — if you ever cancel the subscription, you drop back to Starter for life, not Free.
