QuizFly sends three kinds of email.
Account and security. Sign-up confirmation, password resets and important notices about your account. These always arrive — they aren't optional.
Billing. Receipts and payment notices. Your card statement reads CLICKTECH HUB. See Payment methods and receipts.
Tips and updates. A short series after you sign up or buy, with practical help getting your first quiz live and your first leads in. You can stop these at any time: turn off Tips and updates by email on your Account page, or use the link at the bottom of any tips email. Every tips email has an unsubscribe link in the footer and, in most mail apps, an Unsubscribe button next to the sender. Turning them off never affects account, security or billing email.
